Returns & Exchanges

Custom Made Jackets: Jackets created using the Design Jacket Tool are exclusively tailored for you and, therefore, cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for custom made Jackets.

 

Production & Delivery: Production times for custom jackets adorned with embroidery or patches typically require 3-4 weeks, while plain jackets necessitate 2 weeks for completion. Following shipment from our factory, delivery generally takes around 4-5 working days. While we endeavor to meet internal deadlines, occasional material unavailability might slightly delay production. Your patience is highly appreciated as we strive to offer top-quality custom jackets at reasonable prices. We dispatch all orders to the United States and worldwide using DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

 

To calculate the jacket cost, utilize our Design Jacket tool by selecting the jacket type, materials, and decorations. The total jacket cost can be viewed on the top right of the builder. Shipping costs can be estimated by adding the jacket to your cart and entering the shipping address.

 

Note: Jacket prices fluctuate based on materials, sizes, and the number of embroideries & patches. All applicable discounts or ongoing offers have already been incorporated into the jackets. If you have an additional discount coupon code enter it while checkout.

 

Returns: Jackets personalized using our Design Jacket Tool cannot be returned. Plain (non-decorated) stock jackets require prior authorization for returns. These returns are subject to a restocking fee of $35 and must be sent back within 3 days of delivery. Claims for damaged or defective jackets must be lodged within 3 days of receiving the jackets. Please request an authorization number by filling out our return form and emailing us to initiate the return. In the case of incorrectly/improperly personalized decorated jackets, contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days of receiving your jacket for necessary adjustments or corrective action. Worn or altered garments are not eligible for returns. Therefore, thorough inspection of jackets upon receipt is essential. If you qualify for a return or exchange, contact us for a return authorization at [email protected]. A return authorization number will be provided to facilitate the return/exchange process.

 

Exchanges (In-stock Items): Exchanges are only applicable for In-Stock plain (non-decorated) jackets. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and details of the jacket you wish to exchange. The returned jacket will be refunded to the original payment method, while the new jacket(s) will be charged to the same method. Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Or Change: For order cancellations, changes, or corrections, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
