All orders made on the Xpert Gears website are dispatched on priority. In case of any issue with the Order, We will Contact With Customer as soon as possible at their contact details, We aim to get all orders out quickly; however, due to volumes, this is not always possible.
All custom made Products (with or without lettering) ship in 15 working days and takes 3-5 working days to deliver. We always try to meet our internal deadlines. Sometimes when something is out of stock it may take a couple of days to get the right material for your jacket. So keep the patience we are here to provide the best custom made jackets at an affordable price. We ship all orders by DHL and FedEx.
Shipping charges depend on the total weight of the order & differ by international location. To calculate shipping costs, you can add a jacket to your cart and provide a shipping address.
We clarify in different zones: United Kingdom zone, Europe zone, American zone, Australia zone, and Rest of the World.
- 3 to 5 working days for Europe & United Kingdom.
- 3 to 5 working days for America & Canada
- 5 to 8 working days for Australia
- 5 to 7 working days for ASIA
- 7 to 10 working day shipping for the rest of the world.
A working day is referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 24-hours for your tracking information to update on the shipping carrier's website.
Postage is done through Any World Wide Courier and a tracking number will be provided to buyers to track their parcel.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported to their countries. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK and USA Canada may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country’s policy once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies differ usually from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.
