Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed with Xpert Gears, changes to the details (such as design, size, or customizations) can be made only within a limited time frame before production begins. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible in 24 hours to ensure we can accommodate your request.

For design or customization changes:

• If you want to modify the design, add custom text, logos, or make any changes, contact us immediately at [email protected].

• For bulk orders, changes to customizations must be confirmed within 24 hours of order placement.

Once your order enters production, no further changes can be made due to the specialized nature of custom jackets and the materials used. Any requests for changes after production begins will be subject to additional charges and may not be feasible.
