Xpert Gears strives to fulfill every order, but there are certain situations where we may need to cancel an order:

1. Material Availability: If the materials required for your custom jacket are unavailable or out of stock.

2. Artwork Issues: If the submitted artwork is not feasible for production or does not meet our embroidery standards.

3. Shipping and Billing Discrepancies: If there are unresolved discrepancies between your billing and shipping addresses.

4. Inability to Reach You: If we cannot contact you regarding your order for any reason.

5. Unsuitable Artwork: If the artwork you provide is unsuitable for embroidery and you insist on proceeding, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Order Cancellation Policy:

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Please note that there is a $25 USD cancellation fee, and you must provide your order number.

• A refund will be processed within a few business days after cancellation confirmation.

• Once production has started on your custom jacket, cancellations may not be possible due to the specialized materials and labor involved.
