Typically, our quality control team thoroughly inspects each garment before it's packed for shipment. We also capture high-quality photos of the garment from multiple angles before dispatch.
However, if you believe there's a manufacturing fault, please share a photo of the jacket within 24 hours of receiving it. Our team will review the photo(s) and provide you with a solution, ensuring any manufacturing issues are addressed at no extra cost.
